On the Transylvanian meridian
The hospitality industry in Cluj was enriched a few years ago with a new boutique hotel, Meridian, rebuilt almost from scratch on the old location of a small hotel from the ’90s. The owners insisted on creating a comfortable environment, almost like home, this being their business and brand strategy.
We created a very simple and direct visual identity based on the initials H and M, in accordance with its strategy of being a simple but welcoming host. The chromatic range proposed by us is based on a shade of dark brown, almost black and a shade of orange with copper tones, thus supporting the interior design and the materials and textures used.
